3. Documents created using unlicensed (pirated) Office software

DOCX files generated from unlicensed Office applications may cause compatibility issues and cannot be properly read by the system.

If submission fails, applicants are encouraged to try submitting the application using a different device (another laptop or smartphone).

5. Unstable internet connection

Applicants are also advised to try using a different or more stable internet connection to ensure a smooth submission process.
